Founded in 2010 by brothers Cody, Seth, and Sam Sadler, Sadler Powder Coating began as a small, 5,500 sq. ft. operation in Henderson, Texas with a simple vision: to deliver high-quality coatings with unmatched service and integrity.

Today, that vision has grown into a state-of-the-art, 25,000 sq. ft. coating facility spread across more than 15 acres, serving industrial clients across Texas and the United States. While our equipment, capabilities, and client base have expanded, our foundation remains the same—family-owned, service-driven, and quality-focused.

At Sadler Powder Coating, we specialize in powder coating, liquid painting, sandblasting, and Fusion Bond Epoxy (FBE) linings. From structural steel and data center assemblies to oil & gas infrastructure and military-grade components, our team is equipped to deliver precision work on every job. Every project is handled in-house by a team that understands the value of doing it right the first time—on schedule, and to spec.
