• Powder Coating

  Our powder coating operations span three fully equipped shops, together forming one of the most capable powder coating setups in East Texas.

  (1) 10’ wide x 10’ tall x 25’ long batch oven
  (1) 12’ wide x 12’ tall x 35’ long high-capacity batch oven

  (1) 15' wide x 14' tall x 37' long oversized large high capacity batch oven
  
  These shops allow us to efficiently process oversized structural assemblies, skids, data center components, and custom industrial fabrications, all while maintaining tight turnaround times and finish consistency.

• Commercial & Industrial Liquid Painting

  We operate four climate-controlled paint booths—including two 2,400 sq. ft. booths and two 1,800 sq. ft. booths—designed for high-performance primers and multi-coat liquid systems. All booths are equipped with explosion-proof lighting and electrical systems, ensuring safety and compliance for industrial-grade coatings.

• Fusion Bond Epoxy (FBE) Coatings

  We provide internal and external FBE pipe linings for diameters ranging from 2” to 66”, applied in climate-controlled conditions to meet oil & gas, waterworks, and municipal standards for corrosion protection and coating thickness.

• Military & Federal Standard Coatings

  Certified application of CARC systems and MIL-STD coating specifications for satellite components, radomes, and military infrastructure. We specialize in complex geometries and multi-coat systems that meet defense-grade durability requirements.

• Structural Steel Coatings

  High-durability coating systems tailored for structural steel used in platforms, data center frames, modular skids, and infrastructure retrofits—engineered for environmental exposure, impact resistance, and longevity.

• Sandblasting

  Two purpose-built blast facilities support heavy steel prep and SSPC/NACE-compliant surface profiles:
  
  - (1) 40’ x 60’ blast shop
  - (1) 40’ x 50’ blast shop
  - (1) 35’ x 85’ blast shop

  
  Capable of delivering SP-10 near-white metal finishes, these facilities allow for thorough prep of pipe, vessel, and frame components prior to coating.
